AI Transparency and Disclaimer

What AI does in Axianews, what it does not guarantee, and how to read the PCI score with caution.

AI usage

Axianews uses artificial-intelligence systems to collect, analyze, compare, summarize and write news content from external sources.

These tools help process large volumes of information, identify convergence between sources and produce structured articles in an accessible format.

AI-assisted content

Content published on Axianews is AI-assisted. Some production steps — including aggregation, synthesis, wording and preliminary credibility assessment — may be automated.

Axianews does not guarantee systematic human verification before every publication.

PCI score

Each article may include a PCI score intended to indicate the relative level of confidence assigned to the information.

  • Apparent quality of sources.
  • Number of available sources.
  • Convergence or divergence between sources.
  • Stability of reported details.
  • Recency or evolving nature of the information.

Limits of AI systems

AI systems can make mistakes. They may misinterpret a source, omit important context, repeat inaccurate information published elsewhere or produce imperfect wording.

External sources themselves may be inaccurate, incomplete, biased or modified after publication.

Sensitive topics

For sensitive topics — health, justice, finance, security, conflicts, disasters, elections, ongoing investigations or information with potentially significant consequences — readers should consult primary sources, competent authorities or qualified professionals.
